Our classes are led by highly qualified exercise professionals, who always make sure that you are exercising at the right level for you. You can do just as much as you feel like - we trust that you know when you are working hard and when you might need a rest, and support you to work at your own pace.
Our wellbeing and exercise classes are designed to keep you fit and active, with the energy and stamina to do all the things you want to do - whether that is gardening, looking after your grandchildren, working, volunteering, running your home, playing golf or tennis, caring for a family member, travelling or dancing!
