Following the success of our seminars in 2010 and 2011, our third Active Ageing Seminar was held in London on May 2nd, 2012.

The event was sold out and full of great energy, dynamism and excitement. Delegates listened to expert speakers and shared their experiences, challenges, ideas and plans. It was a wonderful event and we would like to thank all the delegates for making such a great contribution to the day. We would also like to thank all our fantastic speakers and our event partners, HUR Health & Fitness and Later Life Training for their support.
