This is not obviously a balance exercise, but give it a try, you might be surprised!
These exercises will relieve stiffness in your shoulders. Done regularly, you will notice your posture improving and a reduction in neck and upper back pain.

In this video, we add some mental challenges to your one leg stand, and get your brain working at the same time!
Do you sometimes feel unsteady on your feet? Would you say your balance isn’t as good as it used to be? Have you thought that weak ankles could be contributing to your balance difficulties?
This exercise will strengthen the muscles in your back and shoulders. These are important for good posture and keeping us strong for everyday activities.
Performed regularly, it may also build bone density in your spine (especially important if you have osteoporosis or osteopenia).
