We know you are all trying to keep fit at home and want to make it as easy as possible for you to do so.
We've made lots of videos with exercises to improve your balance and now we're turning our attention to strength and building muscle mass (which isn't just for bodybuilders - we all need muscle mass to healthy and strong enough to do all the things we want and need to do every day).
We use exercise bands in lots of our exercises but we wanted to add more options for you (and our Studio members). There are hundreds of exercises you can do with dumbbells so that seemed the best place to start. However, we know many people don't have dumbbells at home. So we put together this video with suggestions for using household items instead!
