If you are looking to improve your balance, you should definitely be thinking about how strong and mobile your ankles are. The exercises in this video will help you to improve the strength of your ankles, and make them more mobile and flexible.

Start with this Level 1 Foundation video, once you have mastered this and would like some variety, or more challenge, take a look at our Level 2, 3 and 4 videos (coming soon!).
