The exercises in this video will help you to improve the strength of your ankles, and make them more mobile and flexible. If you want to improve your balance and feel steadier on your feet, these exercises are going to be very helpful.

This is the Level 2 (Challenge) video in this series. We recommend starting with the Level 1 (Foundation) video, and then progressing once you are ready for more challenge or some variety.

Once you have mastered this and would like some variety, or more challenge, our Level 3 (Performance) and Level 4 (Master) videos might be right for you. These videos are only available to our Strong Foundations Studio members. The (online) Studio is currently closed to new members. To join the Studio waitlist, please use the form on our Contact Us page. Enter your first name, email address and write 'Please add me to the Waitlist for the Studio!'. We will be in touch as soon as we are open for new members!
