This is the second video in our new home exercise series: Ankle Strength & Balance.
In order to maintain your balance you need to keep your ankles strong and mobile.
The exercises in this video will help you to improve the strength of your ankles, and make them more mobile and flexible. If you want to improve your balance and feel steadier on your feet, these exercises are going to be very helpful.
This is the Level 2 (Challenge) video in this series. We recommend starting with the Level 1 (Foundation) video, and then progressing once you are ready for more challenge or some variety.
Once you have mastered this and would like more challenge or variety, our Level 3 (Performance) and Level 4 (Master) videos might be right for you.
