Start with this Level 1 Foundation video and see how you get on. Remember to take it at your own pace and only do exercises you feel confident doing.
Once you have mastered this and would like some variety, or more challenge, take a look at our Level 2 (Challenge) video.
After that, we have the Level 3 (Performance) and Level 4 (Master) videos. These videos are only available to our Strong Foundations Studio members.
