This Foundation-level exercise video is less than 9 minutes long and is designed to help you improve your balance.
Better balance means you can feel confident and steady on your feet. It's easier to go out, see friends and actively participate in life when you aren't worried about your balance.
Start with this Level 1 Foundation video and see how you get on. Remember to take it at your own pace and only do exercises you feel confident doing.
Once you have mastered this and would like some variety, or more challenge, take a look at our Level 2 (Challenge) video.
After that, we have the Level 3 (Performance) and Level 4 (Master) videos.
