We know you are busy and can't always get to classes, so here's another home exercise video for you!
This is another Move More Easily routine (we also made a shorter version). It's a bit longer (still only 11 minutes!) so we could fit in a few more of our favourite low-impact, mobility exercises.
You can use this as a warm-up to get you moving in the morning or to give you an energy boost at any time of day.
These exercises will get all your joints moving, reducing joint stiffness and pain. You will feel more mobile, flexible and ready to get on with your day.
