Move More Easily – short version (home exercise video)

This is the first of the home exercise videos we are releasing here at Vida Wellness! It's also the shortest one... 


Move More Easily is all about low impact movements. These are really good to do in the morning but also feel great at any time of day!

This video will get all your joints moving (ankles, knees, hips, neck and shoulders), reducing stiffness and joint pain. You will feel ready to take on the day, well-oiled and full of energy!

You can complete this routine in less than 8 minutes and you don't need any equipment at all.
