This balance exercise is a variation on the one leg stand.
Better balance means you can feel confident and steady on your feet. It's easier to go out, see friends and actively participate in life when you aren't worried about your balance.
This video is only 3 minutes long so it's easy to fit in, however busy your day is.
You will need something to hold onto and a small ball (any golf/ tennis/ squash or massage ball will do).

When you are doing this exercise, remember to:
- Stand up tall
- Look straight ahead
- Stand next to a support which you can hold onto (just in case you feel unsteady)
