The two exercises in this short video will reduce pain and tension from stiff muscles. Getting your shoulder muscles moving will improve your posture and help you feel better. You can do these quick exercises anywhere, without any equipment.
When you do these movements, remember to:
- Stand up tall with your feet hip-width apart
- Ease off if you feel any pain or discomfort (take a rest, a few deep breaths and then try again)
- Breathe evenly throughout
