Hi, I'm Claudine, a specialist exercise instructor and the founder of Vida Wellness.

So, what is Balance Boost?

It's a free, 4 week video series for people who want to do exercises at home to improve their balance. 

You get weekly emails with a new exercise video each week. 

The exercises are demonstrated by a specialist instructor, so that you feel confident doing balance exercises at home.

You will receive valuable information about your balance and performing balance exercises at home (we answer all the most common questions we get about doing balance exercises and exercising at home). You will also learn about other simple steps you can take to maintain your balance.

About the Balance Boost videos

The videos are short (between 6 to 8 minutes), so you can do the exercises and get on with your day.

You can watch them anytime, on your tablet, computer or phone.

There's nothing to download and you don't need to remember any passwords. 

Your videos are brilliant, clear and easy to follow.

What else do I need to know about the Balance Boost videos?

There's no loud music or leaping around.

You don't have to wear the latest leggings to do the exercises, any comfortable clothes are fine. Of course, if you want to wear snazzy, neon leggings, go for it!

We won't shout at you or push you to overdo it when you are exercising. We don't subscribe to the 'No pain, no gain' approach.

We encourage you to exercise at your own pace. Take a rest if you want to, challenge yourself a bit more if you feel up to it. You know your body much better than we do!

I really have very little to say about the videos except that they all hit the spot! I find having a video rather than a written exercise plan much more motivating and easier to stick to.
